Whether you’re walking, riding or visiting the historical landmarks, there are tracks for you.
There are many walking tracks on Cape Keppel Island. Ranging from a few hundred metres to 10 kilometres, you’ll find relaxing morning walks and challenging hikes.
We recommend using the interactive map to find the track that will suit you the best.
Remember this is Australia, and there are plenty of things to be wary of when bushwalking. Keep a keen eye out for snakes, cacti, spiderwebs, and sharp sticks and loose rocks that may be on the track.
If you are a keen bike rider, there are a few mountain bike tracks around the island. We also provide eBikes to ride, but be sure to watch all safety videos before your ride.
When mountain bike riding on Cape Keppel Beach, keep a keen eye out for any sharp sticks or rocks, and sand that may cause you to slip.
Always be mindful of the environment when riding and stick to the tracks. This helps us protect the flora and fauna on the island.
