Yes. We have installed Starlink so you can stay connected with unlimited downloads.

Telstra will automatically connect to Starlink WiFi for great coverage in and around the cottages and villa.

Connectivity from other providers is poor.

Cape Keppel Beach has something to offer at any time of year. Our warm summers and mild winters deliver an average of 283 sunny days each year.

Our onsite management team are just a call away on the two-way radio or mobile phone. The team will visit every morning to check on you and collect all your rubbish and help you with
advice.

Yes. We have breakfast and lunch packs for purchase, as well as The Island Store. A complimentary pantry of staple items is also included in all bookings.

Please note that we are not licensed, so please bring your own preferred drinks. You will also need to bring your own fresh fruit and veggies.

Yes, of course. Just be aware of the weight limitations on the charter planes.

No, we are not a licensed premises at this stage. You will need to BYO all your beverages.

We return all your bottles to Containers for Change and donate the funds to the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

If you are a competent safe swimmer the waters are suitable for swimming or snorkelling if you are careful.

Never swim alone. Never swim at dawn or dusk.
Beware of stronger currents and if the water looks too choppy and murky, don’t enter.

Our beaches are not patrolled by lifesavers.

We recommend you wear a rashie or a full beach swimming suit for stinger protection.

Well, you are in the Tropics. So, like any warm climate by the sea, there are likely to be mosquitoes and sandflies from time to time, especially in summer. All the cabins have bug-grade screens. Be sure to apply insect repellent when outdoors, especially at dusk and in the early mornings.

Remember to bring repellent creams. Please don’t bring spray cans.

Yes, but you will need a permit from the National Park. 

No, but you can join a guided tour with a Ranger when they are available.
