Beachfront Cottages

Stated cottage rates are per night for 2 guests. A surcharge of $75/night applies to each additional guest over the 2 guests included in the base prices.

All rates are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and GST (10%) is included in the price.

A booking deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking.

Payment can be made by direct deposit or by MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Service fees apply for credit cards. We do not accept cheques.

Full payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival.

We regret we cannot accommodate infants unless you bring your own travel cot and bedding.

Cape Keppel welcomes families with infants and children. Infants up to 2 years of age are welcomed free of charge if you bring your own travelling cot and bedding.  Children are charged at the normal bed rate. 

Air and sea transfers are not included in the rate offered.

Once you have arrived by air or sea our staff will meet you at either the airstrip, the Pacific Creek boat ramp or the beach to assist with transfer to the cottages. Transfer assistance will also be provided on departure day.

If you cancel more than 30 days before your booked dates you will be refunded the full price including the deposit.

If you cancel less than 30 days but more than 7 days before your booking the deposit will not be refunded.

If you cancel less than 7 days before your booking, no refund will be given.

No refund of the full payment will be given in the event of non-arrival or any unused nights due to flight and/or weather disruption to you transfer arrangements.

We recommend you protect your booking with Travel Insurance.
